Kerry O'Shea Devine, Esq.

Kerry O'Shea Devine is an attorney and the founder of Kerry Devine Law, LLC. Kerry started her firm in 2022 to provide personal legal counsel and concierge estate planning services to her clients, creating high quality, customized estate plans meticulously designed specifically for each client's individual circumstances. Kerry 's practice includes estate planning as well as assistance with all aspects of probate and trust and estate administration.

Kerry was born and raised in Monmouth County, New Jersey. She graduated from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy with a concentration in Studio Art. She started her legal career as an aviation litigation paralegal at Byrne, Kiely and White in Denver, Colorado.

Kerry received her Juris Doctor at Villanova School of Law and earned a position on the Entertainment Law Journal. During law school, Kerry worked as a law clerk at the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office and interned for New Jersey Supreme Court  Justice Daniel J. O'Hern.

After law school, she practiced environmental litigation at Carpenter, Bennett and Morrissey in Newark, NJ, where she represented corporate clients in both environmental compliance and complex litigation matters. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.

Kerry and her husband Donald have been happily married for over twenty years and are the proud parents of five children. In addition to practicing law, Kerry enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and painting.
